REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

No returns accepted and no refunds given unless agreed to in writing between the customer and diannesjewelryshop.com.  If there is a problem with an item, please contact me within 5 days of receipt.  Please do not discard the item or the envelope it came in.  If I agree to refund you for the item or replace it, I will give you instructions on how to return it to me in the envelope it came in.
